The Impact of Outreach Campaign Planning and Delivery on Vaccination Uptake
15 April 2026
Engaging patients in their own healthcare is an important part of improving vaccination uptake and is a key priority in the 10 Year Health Plan. Many communities respond better when healthcare organisations use tailored outreach programmes and provide different ways for people to connect with healthcare providers.
This webinar will focus on how outreach campaigns can be planned, developed and delivered effectively to increase vaccination rates. It will also discuss how different outreach strategies are used at both national and local levels to reach more people and encourage them to get vaccinated.
The session will give healthcare leaders and professionals an opportunity to share their experiences, ideas and lessons learned from past outreach campaigns. Participants will discuss what strategies worked well, what challenges they faced and what improvements can be made in future campaigns.
The webinar will also highlight the importance of evaluating outreach campaigns to understand their impact and improve future vaccination programmes. By evaluating campaign results, healthcare organisations can identify successful strategies and make better decisions for future public health campaigns.
This webinar is organised in partnership with the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI), which works with healthcare organisations to support public health initiatives and improve vaccination awareness.
Overall, the webinar aims to help healthcare leaders and organisations design better outreach programmes, improve patient engagement and increase vaccination uptake in different communities.
