AngelEye Health Acquires SupportSpot Platform from Child Life On Call | Achieve Partners Signs Definitive Agreement to Sell Healthcare IT Services Leader to Infosys

AngelEye Health has acquired the SupportSpot platform from Child Life On Call, strengthening its capabilities in family-centered digital care for neonatal and pediatric patients.

SupportSpot is designed to provide child life–informed psychosocial support and procedural preparation resources, helping families better navigate hospital stays and the transition back home. The acquisition aligns with AngelEye Health’s broader strategy to enhance its care continuum by integrating tools that support both patients and caregivers throughout the healthcare journey.

The platform will complement AngelEye’s existing suite of solutions, including MilkTracker, CameraSystem, and NICU2Home. By integrating SupportSpot, the company aims to expand access to educational and emotional support resources for families, while ensuring minimal disruption to clinical workflows.

SupportSpot is used by parents, nurses, child life specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver guidance on medical procedures, post-discharge expectations, and evidence-based coping strategies. Importantly, it is designed to enhance patient and family engagement without adding to the workload of healthcare staff.

CEO Christopher Rand said the acquisition reflects the company’s approach to innovation—focusing on feedback from families and care teams to develop solutions that integrate seamlessly into real-world clinical environments.

With this move, AngelEye Health aims to extend its support beyond inpatient care, reinforcing its mission to improve outcomes and experiences for both patients and their families.
